3 Ways to Participate in #ChildrensHospitalsWeek 2024
#ChildrensHospitalsWeek 2024 is quickly approaching. From April 8-12, we’ll be celebrating the miracles that happen at Hurley Children’s Hospital every single day. Children’s Hospitals Week is a week-long celebration of the families, partners, and hospital staff who make all the wonderful things at Hurley Children’s Hospital possible. In order to make this year’s celebration the best one yet, we need your help.
Here are 3 ways you can participate in Children’s Hospitals Week:
1.) Donate
There are a thousand ways you can help and one of the most simple ways is to make a donation. No gift is too small, and every dollar helps us make a difference in the life of a pediatric patient. Visit our blog homepage to learn more about Your CMN Donations in Action.
If you’re unable to make a donation at this time, there are other ways to help! Hurley Foundation offers many volunteer opportunities which can have a direct impact on the lives of children and their families. To learn more about these volunteer opportunities, visit the Hurley Foundation website and apply to become a volunteer today!
2.) Wish Lists
Toys, Books, Card Games and Electronics are some of the items that make a child’s hospital stay more enjoyable and puts their mind at ease. Hurley’s Child and Family Life team is always in need of items like these, as so many of them are utilized by these patients and sent home with them. In order to find out what Hurley kids are interested in, while also ensuring that safety regulations are met, please visit any of our Wish Lists below.
Please Note: Many items on these lists are suggestions. We welcome donations that are similar but different brands, quantities, colors, etc.
