CMN Summer Campaigns: A Summer of Fun(ds) for Hurley Children’s Hospital

Summer is on its way, and our Children’s Miracle Network partners are gearing up for their summer campaigns to raise funds for Hurley Children’s Hospital. 

Founded in 1983, CMN is a non-profit organization that raises funds to support children’s hospitals across the nation. With Hurley Foundation joining CMN in 1990, Hurley Children’s Hospital became the CMN Hospital serving the Flint-Saginaw-Bay City area.  When you donate to any CMN partner campaign, your donations go directly to your local member hospital. There are CMN national partners in 17 different Michigan counties that are committed to helping Hurley patients thrive.

Here’s a quick rundown of the summer campaigns benefitting pediatric patients:

June

• From June 1st to July 31st, purchase a balloon at Dairy Queen, and the proceeds from your donation will go directly to Hurley kids.
• From June 9th to July 6th, donate online or at the register at Walmart and Sam’s Club.
• Visit 7-Eleven and Speedway from June 25- August 26 and round up your total or donate $1 at the register.

July

• On July 31st, celebrate Miracle Treat Day with Dairy Queen. 

August

• Ace Hardware’s annual “Bucket Days’’ are August 1-3. Donate $5 for a special CMN bucket and receive 20% off of almost anything that you can fit in the bucket.
• August 8th is Panda Cares day at Panda Express.

There are lots of ways you can support Hurley Children’s Hospital this summer. You can donate at any time on the Hurley Foundation website.  Also, be sure to stay tuned to Hurley Foundation Socials to hear about more ways to support Hurley Children’s Hospital throughout the year.
