Thankful Today Thankful Always

Sometimes it’s hard to be thankful. Rowan was diagnosed with ALL/MLL Leukemia at 22 months, in 2012. He relapsed in 2014.

Rowan’s baby sister Winnie was then diagnosed with Stage 4S Neuroblastoma in February, 2017. The adrenal gland tumor metastasized to her liver and bone. Sadly, Rowan relapsed again 5 months later. He got a bone marrow later that year.

The Neumann family’s main comfort was having their children together at Hurley, being cared for by their second family whom they love so dearly. When life gets scary, having a support system like Hurley is priceless. Both Rowan and Winnie are fighters and both are cancer free today. For that we are all thankful.

Donating just $5 can give families hope this Thanksgiving. Please give now at bit.ly/SantaCares4Kids
